Attract pollinators with the unique, blue-purple blooms of this spectacular plant. This striking perennial thrives in dry and bright conditions, so choose a location that receives at least 6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day where the soil stays fairly dry or drains quickly. Sea holly has a long taproot, which makes it extremely drought tolerant; however, that also makes it difficult to transplant, so choose your planting location wisely.
