Downloadable Marketing Materials for Fundraising Groups

Below are links to download the various marketing materials available to promote your fundraiser.

Printable materials such as flyers are in PDF format. If you click on the thumbnail below, it may open the PDF in your web browser. If it does, you can download it by clicking on the folder icon with the downward pointing arrow in the upper right corner and save it to your computer. You can also download the file directly below by right-clicking on the name of the file and choosing “save link as” to save the file to your computer.

The PDF files contain a form field to fill in your fundraiser’s group code. After downloading any PDF files you need, open in Acrobat Reader, click in the group code field, type in your group code, and save the file.

Social media graphics are image files in JPG format. To download, right-click on the thumbnail image below and choose “save link as” to save the file to your computer.

To add your group code to any of the social media graphics, open the file in a photo editing application such as Paint, Photoshop, or Canva. Then use the text tool to add a text box in the group code box, type in your group code, and save the file.

New England Groups with Pickup Only

Potted Mums Flyer

If you are a group based in New England and have selected the pickup option for your fundraiser, you may use the Potted Mums Flyer. Please Note: Do not use this flyer if your fundraiser is set up for direct ship only or if you are based outside of New England. Potted mums require local pickup in Franklin, NH by a representative or two from your group, and your group is responsible for distributing any pickup items to your supporters who ordered them.
